What happens when my trial ends?+
You choose a plan to keep publishing. If you don’t, your workspace pauses and scheduled posts stop. Your content stays saved for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards. Agency plans can also pay by invoice on annual billing.
Are prices inclusive of tax?+
Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes such as VAT or sales tax, which are added at checkout based on your billing address.
